Celtic Colours Festival, Cape Breton Island

Everyone in the world should visit Celtic Colours Festival in Cape Breton! It is one of the friendliest places I have been in a long time, the festival is brilliant and the scenery is stunning. I particularly enjoyed being called “honey” all week! Anna and I were there this October and the leaves were out in full spectacular bloom. I did take a 25 hour trip via Philadelphia only to stay for 4 days so next time I am taking a holiday for at least one other week.
