Passing Places in Berlin

This November myself, Anna and Adam Sutherland went to Berlin to perform three Passing Places gigs.  We took part in the Folkherbst competition at Malzhaus Plauen and although we did not win, it was a great experience taking part. A particular highlight was the house concert in Villa Weigert, in Birkenwerder run by Jochan and Andrea. Jochan plays trumpet with the German Opera and I would like to transport their fantastic house to Glasgow for myself! We also had some Scottish pals turn up at our gig on the Sunday afternoon which was a lovely surprise and meant we had a big crew for a night out down town in Berlin.
